1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern all course enrollments, subscriptions, and website use between you (the “User”) and Market View Up (marketviewup.com), Suite 500, 199 Bay Street, Toronto, ON M5L 1A9, Canada (Business Number (BN): 815-374-902).

2. Services Provided

Market View Up offers online trading and investment courses, subscription plans, live webinars, one-on-one mentorship sessions, and market analysis reports designed to build your skills and confidence. Detailed course outlines, schedules, and pricing are available during enrollment.

3. Enrollment & Agreement Formation

To enroll in a course or subscription, please use our online registration form or email info@marketviewup.com. A confirmed enrollment and payment constitute a binding agreement for the selected services.

4. Fees & Payment

All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes. Payment is required at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Unless specified, enrollments must be paid in full to access course materials.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand circumstances change and offer the following refund terms:

• Cancel ≥7 days before course start: Full refund (100%) of fees.
• Cancel 3–6 days before course start: 50% refund to cover preparation costs.
• Cancel <3 days before course start: No refund, as materials and access are provisioned.

Processing: Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days via the original payment method.

6. Liability & Limitation

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, Market View Up is not liable for trading losses or damages resulting from use of our materials. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.

7. Code of Conduct

Users agree to engage respectfully in live sessions, forums, and mentorships. Any abusive or disruptive behavior may result in account suspension without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on marketviewup.com, including videos, text, and branding, is the property of Market View Up. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR and Canadian privacy laws.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Toronto, ON.
